We are pleased to announce that Wilmer Sandoval will be our new Field Director in Aija Valley, Peru as of September 15, 2011. He will be working under the Centro Bautista Church umbrella. Wilmer and his family have found a house in the Aija Valley and they are waiting to move in while repairs are being completed. From the comments of the believers in Colca, they have enjoyed Wilmer’s preaching and he was happy for the great welcoming he received from the church. Wilmer will be working alongside Pastor Andres from Huaraz Baptist Church, and they are spending the first few weeks getting to know one another and putting together a work plan. Please continue to pray for Wilmer and his family as they transition to the Aija Valley, meet with believers in the area, and move forward in the ministry God has called him to.
